The POS260-Series tablets are specially developed for mobile ID checks but the integrated fingerprint scanner, the 2D barcode scanner, the smart card and the magnetic stripe reader make the POS260-Series tablets the swisstool in mobile IT and therefore suitable for many various applications.

There are two different display sizes available so that you’ll get the right tablet for your application. The POS260, 7-inch version with 1280×800 pixels is weighting only 665 grams, and the POS260, 10-inch version, weighting less than 1kg, offers a full 1920×1200 pixel HD resolution. Despite that, the two versions are technically identic.

Powered by an Intel Quad-Core processor with 2GB of RAM, the M-Series tablets have enough power to handle most applications whilst still being energy efficient with the 8.000mAh battery to achieve an average battery time of 9 hours. Integrated WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, GPS and NFC are available to communicate with other wireless devices or receiving data.
