For additional extended warranty policy from Global Communications for the Carpo series is as following:

1) Standard product warranty is 2 years.


2) For additional 3rd year - Guaranteed quick turnaround, Silver is a straightforward and cost-effective service plan for the user who wishes to extend the standard warranty coverage from two (2) year to three (3) years.


3) For additional 3rd and 4th year - Guaranteed quick turnaround, Gold offers as well as free of charge shipment, all parts and labour costs covered, and a guaranteed quick turn-around time for repairs. The Gold service plan suits the user who is looking for a more comprehensive which extends the standard warranty coverage from three (3) year to four (4) years.


4) For Additional 3rd, 4th and 5th year - Guaranteed quick turnaround, Exchange unit during repair, is designed for the user who wants to be prepared for potential damages. Premium covers all repairs required as a result of accidental damages, including non warranty repairs*.



Extended warranty claim is maximum one screen replacement per year.


The maximum extended warranty is up to 5 years.

Terms & Conditions Warranty and Repair

  • The warranty period of each unit is valid from the date of shipment from Global Communications Ltd to the delivery address
  • All standard warranty are valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, excluding extended warranty
  • A ninety (90) days warranty applies to all accessories including battery, valid from the date of shipment from Global Communications Ltd to the delivery address
  • *Non-warranty repairs are covered with Premium, with the exception of repairs required as a result of abuse, misuse or negligence
  • **Consumable parts are excluded from each service plan, with the exception of Premium
  • The extended warranty covers defects in materials and production
  • Accessories are not covered by the extended warranty plan
