As a distributor or reseller we have very open relationships with our partners. We hold very strongly to good business ethics otherwise things simply won’t work.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship worldwide.

Because we are a authorised distributor with many manufacturers we have an arrangement that we can ship to most countries. Once we supply a quote and you wish to proceed with a purchase we will get full shipping costs after you provide us with the delivery address.

Do you sell direct to the end-user?

Your choose

Our company is all about building long term open relationships with our partners so we would prefer to put you in contact with a local distributor or reseller. But, if this isn’t possible then absolutely yes, we’d be happy to help you directly.

How do I order?

We offer different ways to order.

You may order from our e-commerce site or contact us by phone or email. There is automatic discounts applied when you purchase 6 units or more. However, all orders placed by the online store you are charged in NZD. If you wish to be charged in other currencies e.g. USD email us and we will invoice you through our normal accounting system providing bank account details to pay by international transfer or PayPal.

Warranty & Support?

What about warranty?

All tablets are fully rugged and have one of the lowest failure rates in the industry. Nonetheless, accidents happen and tough environments such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and field services, can take a toll on even the most rugged tablets.

We offer a standard warranty and and Extended Warranty Plans to help you ensure business continuation, mobile worker productivity and technology investment protection. We know you need to stay in the field, and reliability matters.

Billable repair

If your product is not covered under a warranty service contract, you can still get it repaired.

Service for retired products

Global Communications offers service on retired products for a minimum of three years after the date of retirement.
